So about 6 weeks ago I started a program called hundred pushups and as simple as the name implies...its a program designed to allow you to do 100 pushups in a row. I highly recommend it if you want to get a stronger chest. It has definitely helped with my normal chest routine day and made benching easier. The website is hundredpushups.com.
As of last night I did the 100 in a row...woohoo!
Next up is the P90x workout...kinda gimmicky infomercial, but I can't help but be intrigued at the results I have seen on peoples personal blogs. We'll see how it goes. I am adding it to my 3 day a week workout, so I'll either get really ripped or injure myself trying...awesome!
This workout is also coincidentally coinciding with New Years...this is NOT A RESOLUTION. Resolutions are for the weak and 90% of the time are broken :) Every 3 months I change up my workout routine to keep my body guessing...it's the only real way to not get bored and plateau.
